Those of you who read the press will be aware of a Judgement affecting "Multi-Foil" thermal insulation and the hot box testing made on 2nd November 2007.
The Case concerned the manner in which The Department for Communities & Local Government DCLG" (had implemented the 2006 edition BR443 (relating to the measurement of thermal transmittance of thermal insulation products).
The Judge was extremely critical..
