Therma-Flect Wall Board EPS was
originally developed in 1995 to respond to the demands made
by both
Part L and Part J of the building regulations/standards.
Therma-Flect
Wall Board EPS is formed from CFC and HCFC free
expanded Polystyrene or high performance Therma-Flect
Wall Board PUR uses CFC Free Polyurethane, HCFC free Polyurethane
is also available upon request.
Therma-Flect Wall Board
EPS and PUR have a 50mm overlap to both bottom and
right edges which provide an impervious
barrier to prevent the ingress of moisture and provides
a high resistance to thermal loss through the cavity.
Features
Fire Retardant – The foil layer has a fire
rating to Class 1
Therma-Flect Wall Board EPS – The
expanded polystyrene has a fire retardant additive to prevent
the spread of
fire.
Therma-Flect Wall Board PUR The Polyurethane has a
TCEP Fire Retardant which also inhibits the spread of fire.
Thermal
Performance – Total flexibility is achieved
as the EPS Wall Board can be used where space is available
and PUR is used where space and performance is critical.
Site Exposure – Due
to the unique design of Therma-Flect
Wall Board the Foil bubble sheet forms an effective rain
barrier. |
