Our u value calculations have been organised in many different ways just use the site to view by insulation type, u value and construction type.
The insulation types range between eighty nine millimetre glass fibre and one hundred and fourty millimetre polyurethane and construction types include everything from block and render and brick with low e-cavity.
Airtec is bubble film that is used to create a multi layer film insulation. We coat the aluminium bubbles with polythene so that the product becomes more durable and becomes resistant to elements that could corrode the insulation ensuring it is completely waterproof.
Airtec performs to the highest standards it is designed so that when you have it in position it will trap air between itself and the wall this air has a low ratio of radiation emitting from it so this means that the themal properties are increased and enhanced. This product will also increase the u value connections.
Airtec-Single is to be used in conjunction with thermal blocks. Airtec-Single is fixed to the inner leaf using special wall ties and YBS retaining clips. Airtec-Double is to be used in conjunction with medium/dense blocks. Airtec-Double locates in the centre of the cavity using special wall ties and YBS retaining clips.
